Assistant Trader Responsibilities

Analysis & Flow of Market Information
Follow daily reports of dividends, earnings and news. Disseminate information to floor traders and produce reports for risk managers.

Adjustment of Markets
Input system parameters to generate quotes. Base analysis on theoretical models, customer order flow and interaction with traders and brokers.

Management of Market Maker Books
Assist the market maker in maintaining an orderly market by matching trades, maintaining positions and calculating Profit & Loss.
