Responsibilities:
-Assume key leadership role in providing insightful and actionable strategic analysis to help drive Business Performance and Growth for the Asia-Pacific business
-Develop complex financial models to analyse and forecast financial profitability and business trends for Asia-Pacific
-Create and implement meaningful metrics to evaluate overall portfolio returns
-Develop metrics to lead and drive productivity initiatives across business functions
-Assist Asia Pacific CFO in preparation and analysis of Operating Plans, estimates, and quarterly reviews for Asia-Pacific (including presentations for senior management)
-Monitor and report key metrics like Net income on a weekly basis – drive closure of action items to achieve targets
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis
-Lead/Execute Quality projects to digitize and improve processes
Requirements:
-BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; 5-8 years finance experience
-Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
-Strong PC/Excel Skills, including modelling experience
-Excellent organization skills with attention to detail;
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent management requests with confidence and vigor
-Language skills: Bi-lingual Japanese and English strongly preferred. -Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
