This leading Construction Company is seeking an experienced PA to join their team.
You will be supporting Senior Managers and you will be responsible for:
- Managing confidential information with professional discretion
- Diary, email and telephone management and general administration including timesheets and expenses
- Organising and preparing of minutes for executive meetings
- Assisting with proposal and report preparation, presentations and correspondence
Skills
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years as a Personal Assistant preferably in construction company or professional services firm. In addition you are required to:
- Advanced MS skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to multi-task and
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
