Our client, an established financial organisation, is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to come and run the business with the Managing Director. This is a one-off opportunity to get involved in the future of a growing business and develop your existing skillset in all aspects of office management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities include:
- All aspects of office management including facilities, HR, marketing etc
- Managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting
- Improving and developing processes and procedures
- Extensive client liaision
- Marketing projects
- Setting up and maintaining databases
- Organising events
- Managing junior admin staff
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
The person we're looking for has at least 5 years' solid experience in running an office. You need to have a stable background and extremely strong experience in all aspects of Finance and Accounting.
You will be expected to look at the big picture, improve and implement processes and procedures, create new systems and come up with better ways of doing things so you need to be very process driven. The right person will be polished, professional, thick skinned and flexible with a genuine desire to get involved in running all aspects of the business.
