About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant from a finance (accounting or banking) discipline. This is an opportunity to work with a close knit team to account manage a combination of existing and emerging relationships. You will work with candidates (who often come to us confidentially and via referral) as a team to find them a range of opportunities which will in turn, maximise the profitability of the team. Our bonus system rewards candidate co-ownership, sales aptitude and business development which we find retains consultants who are experts in their field.
