- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent Tertiary Qualification in IT/business
- Articulate in the analysis of data and business reporting
- Advanced business acumen and highly driven
- Strong knowledge in data management, data analytics & data verification technologies
- Analyst experience - scoping, requirements gathering and technical specification preparation
- 2+ years in a role with tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in gathering, documenting and managing client requirements
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes that meet client expectations consistently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve business objectives with a high degree of attention to detailStrong stakeholder management & problem solving skills
- A strong understanding of SQL queries and highly proficient with Microsoft Access databases
- Must be an experienced business report writer
- Strong knowledge of XP Operating System and Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced in technical pre & post sales roles - desired
- Technical data manipulation skills and previous use of IBM Quality Stage - desired
