Matt Mattheou
Matt Mattheou completed a law degree from UCL in 1994 and now has over ten years of recruitment experience - all of it in the treasury space. He has recruited into both financial services institutions and corporates. Matt is one of the most experienced treasury recruiters in the market and regularly contributes to the "Treasurer" magazine. He now focuses on his corporate clients and recruits at all levels up to Group Treasurer.

Sarah Hunter
Sarah graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Biology and subsequently completed a Masters in Science Communication. She then spent a few years working in television production, mainly as a Researcher at the BBC. Sarah joined the Treasury division at Robert Walters in 2008 and focuses on recruiting Treasury professionals into roles in commerce and industry. She is currently studying towards the ACT's Certificate in International Treasury Management.

Karl Purcell
Karl graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Business Studies with Finance degree & subsequently completed a Professional Diploma in Accounting (PDA) also at DCU. He spent 18 months at Citigroup before moving to PwC's Asset Management Group where he worked as an auditor.
Karl joined the Treasury division at Robert Walters in 2010 and focuses on recruiting Treasury professionals into roles in commerce & industry.

Andrew Clark
Andrew graduated from the University of NSW Australia and began his career in recruitment in 1998. After 18 months in a boutique consultancy covering permanent finance vacancies Andrew moved to London in July 2000 when he joined Robert Walters.
Andrew began his career at Robert Walters recruiting finance professionals into the insurance, commerce & industry and banking sectors. He then took a break from recruitment and worked for Investec Asset Management providing money market financial products to the institutional and public sectors. Using the knowledge he gained in that break he has returned to Robert Walters and now focuses on recruiting Treasury professionals into the financial services industry.

Matthew Bennett
Matthew is a former professional cricketer who graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Banking and Finance before completing an LLB at Nottingham Law School. He then completed a training contract and qualified as a solicitor with Morrison & Foerster before making the switch to recruitment in 2009. Matthew focuses on recruiting Treasury professionals into the financial services industry.

Katie McCluney
Katie McCluney completed a BA in History and Politics at Queens University Belfast before training as an accountant with Ernst and Young in London. Following some time in audit and then practice Katie decided to move into Treasury recruitment in 2009. Katie joined Robert Walters in 2010 and currently focuses on recruiting Treasury professionals into contract roles within the financial services industry.
