CATASTROPHIC INJURY LAWYER – WEST MIDLANDS

Our client is a well respected law firm with offices across the UK. Their insurance team is highly recognized for providing a top rated service to an impressive portfolio of insurer clients. The team is able to handle a diverse range of claims as well as being able to assist their clients with potentially fraudulent claims.

The large loss solicitors are highly competent specialists and defend serious injury claims arising from a full variety of complex and sensitive claims; for example amputations, multiple injuries, brain & spinal injuries and chronic pain syndromes. The team is expanding and seeking a further solicitor who wishes to progress their career within this challenging area of insurance law.

The ideal candidate will be seeking career progression and top quality, complex work. You will be capable of managing you own caseload of a range of insurance claims arising from RTA, EL & PL. You will also have gained a good level of exposure to higher value multi-track claims. Full training and support will be provided for those who are not already technically proficient with large loss matters. Ideally you may have a minimum of 5 years’ defendant PI experience.

The firm is focused on client relations; you will be able to get to know your clients well and play a major part in developing the business interests of the firm.
