This role involves joining Loans Operations to lead project work from inception through to delivery. The role will mainly consist of (but not be limited to) leading the UAT workstream for the upgrade of ACBS.
Project work offers the opportunity to get involved in activities ranging from process re-engineering, business requirements definition, project planning and management and business implementation.
Activities will include defining the overall strategy/approach/plan for UAT, defining and performing UAT preparation activities, defining UAT execution activities and co-ordinating business owners and downstream users to complete assigned user acceptance testing
Ideal background of successful candidate:
- Business analysis/project management across an international investment bank and / or a major consulting firm within financial services
- Track record in completing business analysis / project delivery assignments
- Strong knowledge of investment banking processes and Operations
- Able to deal with senior management
- Extensive process improvement analysis and business process reengineering.
- Familiarity with system implementation lifecycle methodologies particularly in the analysis and design phases, including; development of business requirements/functional specifications and testing strategy, test plan and test case development.
