Our client is one of the UK’s leading transport companies. They urgently require an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with ideally 12 to 18 months RTA litigation experience from either an Insurance Company or the RTA department of a law firm.
The Personal Injury Paralegal will be required to manage a caseload including PI, repairs, recoveries, credit hire and loss of use.
The successful candidate should preferably have previous experience in managing litigated files, ideally in both claimant and defendant. Candidates will ideally be available immediately or on short notice.
