This programme has a successful history in this global bank and is suited to outstanding individuals who want to realize their potential as the future Controllers in the banking profession. To be eligible for this programme, you should ideally possess all of the following:
Big 4 trained accountant, either still within or have left the Practice, with no more than six years' work experience in total
Graduate from a renowned university with a good honours degree
Qualified accountant (CPA or CA) by December 2009
Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to excel in financial control within investment banking
