A well established company is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist in its regional HR team for a contract C&B role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will:
manage the compensation & Benefits for the company
deal with all issues within C&B for Hong Kong
manage administration including benefits programs
focus on annual salary reviews and bonuses
assess company policies and procedures and adhering to these consistently
assess the salary costs and budgets
manage the employee relations
support the HR Head with ad hoc duties
Requirements:
a degree in a HR related profession or equivalent
five to eight years' experience in C&B, minimum of two years in a senior role
fluent Cantonese and English speaking, Mandarin is a great advantage
works well to tight deadlines
excellent communicator
some travel may be involved
