This large travel retailers is now seeking a high calibre candidate as Store General Manager, stationed in Macao, to manage their new store and to lead around 200 staffs.
Responsibilities
deliver store profit goals and company objectives through the achievement of sales targets, margin targets and managing store expenses
oversee all functional aspects of the day-to-day management of the store
ensure store presentations are up to the required standard and in line with luxury retail strategies and vendor specifications
lead and motivate a store team effectively to provide a consistently high level of customer service
work closely with Talent Management to recruit, train and develop a team capable of meeting business needs in delivering quality service and sales performance
build and maintain excellent relationship with business partners
keep abreast with new business development opportunities
Requirements
a minimum of 10 years' experience in the luxury retail industry of which three to five years in senior retail store management role
possess strong business acumen, ambitious, result-oriented, self-initiation, analytical and problem solving skills
relevant business and retail store development experience
demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
fluent written and spoken English, able to master other language, e.g. Cantonese / Mandarin is an advantage
