JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate on and validate solutions developed by pre-sales teams.
- Drive, implement and oversee all project activity.
- Engage Project Support Team as appropriate to support client needs.
- Plan for impact of new features on projects and clients and communicate as needed internally and externally.
- Develop and improve processes and best practice recommendations.
- Troubleshoot, document, report and track to resolution issues, including browser-related issues, difficulties with PDF or MS Office documents, system defects, basic email and SMTP issues, client network issues, etc.
- Draft clear, thorough documentation for processes and solutions to issues for roll-out to first level customer support.
- Provide onsite customer support for enablement, training and demos of our API tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing, project management function
- Technical experience with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Internet Explorer (additional web browsers a plus)
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Internet-based applications
- Strong MS Office suite and quantitative analysis skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Basic Network/TCP knowledge, UNIX familiarity, and exposure to Oracle, Java are pluses
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Native
