JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be in charge of Infrastructure / Network managed by Technology-Operation team as a Network engineer / an infrastructure architect.
- Optimize the manageability of various infrastructure / Network resources and its performance. (The resources include Wide Area Ethernet connecting several hosting locations and the firewalls residing at each location)
- Understand and conduct ITIL based - process oriented approaches to any works.
- Provide supports at an implementation of system, conducting operations upon requests from internal users through the Service Desk and handle an incident / an escalation process at such events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical and educational requirements:
- A certification of CCNA or above
- Experience of design / implement / operates the network for an organization
- Experience of managing projects as a project manager
- Experience of conducting ITIL based operations
- Experience of being in charge for selecting / purchasing server / network equipments as an infrastructure engineer
- Knowledge of Web services

- Matured communication skill as a service provider (either to internal or external clients)
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Native
