JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide the support for users along with other IS / ERP team members.
- Seek business and system improvement opportunities.
- Plan and initiate projects identified with business priority.
- Define business requirements.
- Initiate the projects identified with justifications.
- Design functional and technical solutions.
- Define Applications architecture in accordance with the other Managers.
- Select software and hardware necessary to answers users’ needs compliant with Information System standard and recommendations.
- Plan, Organize and manage project defined/approved.
- Control project’s deliverables. (schedule & quality & contents)
- Insure change management when necessary.
- Apply and control security rules according to internal policy.
- Control and maintain quality of applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical and educational requirements:
- University Graduates preferably major in information system / technical department
- 5+ years of Back office application (Finance and Logistics) area and 4-5 years of project management experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and developing of programs and testing itself
- Experience with ERP packages (JDE / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experiences in project management
- Knowledge of ERP (preferred JDE / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics) both in development business applications and technical aspects of the product experience is preferred
- Business knowledge especially in retail, logistics
- Experience with ERP implementation (preferred)
- EDI with Department store or 3PL (Third Party Logistics) vendors (preferred)
- Some programming languages like RPG / CL, Database knowledge (DB2, Microsoft SQL Server) (preferred)

- Very good sense of coordination, planning and prioritization
- Capacity to challenge teams and Business users
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Motivated for professional and personal improvement
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Native
