Operations Change Management
Due to a recent change in global operations focus, this top-tier foreign investment bank is seeking leadership within its change management team. This team will partner with other change groups across the bank to strategise and execute the right change for the group.
Scope of Role:
- Responsible for global management and oversight of multiple projects and initiatives
- Manage multiple project managers with an aim to deliver regional and global projects
- Defines the deliverables and objectives of global initiatives
- Identify risks and issues and ensure program stakeholders are updated
- Responsible for all changes in various programs and ensure successful deliveries
- Manage projects headcount and budgets
- Work alongside other change teams to ensure partnership in various change activities
- Provide leadership to teams and assume responsibilities in human capital decisions such as hiring, appraisals, terminations and etc
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experiences in project/program management within financial services industry
- Deep domain knowledge of Operations work streams such as reference data, reconciliation, controls, shared services, securities and etc (preferably within an investment bank environment)
- Demonstrated ability to drive and innovate change
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Proven stakeholders management skills
