If you excel at debt collection then we have the contract opportunity for you! Come and work at our large and well known FMCG client and bask in the satisfaction of a job well done! This is a six week opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller based in South Auckland. This role is paying between $24 - 28 per hour depending on your level of experience.
You must be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Your natural customer service orientation and your experience within FMCG, ideally within the supermarket industry, will ensure success in this organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Debt collection by telephone, correspondence and other methods as required.
- Debtor Reconciliations.
- Customer queries.
- Credit control
The successful applicant will have experience in MS Excel, excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to make things happen. This is a sole charge role with an assistant reporting to you.
