This organization is one of the largest in the industry and due to expansion, they are seeking for a leader to head up the HR function for one of their business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the business and act as a key business partner with the senior management team to define and implement relevant HR solutions on the ground and to drive business growth
Set a clear framework of HR policies and governance across the full spectrum of HR activities including talent management, recruitment, compensation, engagement and training
Work closely with headquarters to drive a market competitive C&B program for the business and align key C&B practices across various operations
Deliver a successful performance management program that drive employee motivation and business growth
Coach in country HR Mangers and motivate them to drive performance on the ground level
Key Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in business administration and possess professional HR qualifications
At least 12 to 15 years of HR experience with about 6 years of senior management experience with ability to work in complex business environment
Able to manage HR in remote geographical locations and challenging labour intensive environments
Expertise in Indonesian labour and industry relations laws and practices will be strongly preferred
Strong command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia/Malayu will be preferred
Previous experience from the commodities industry will be strong preferred.
