Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate preparation and update of transfer price to SAP and communicate them to concern customers and stakeholders in the process
- Verify accuracy of transfer prices and ensure compliance with company approved transfer pricing policy and methodology
- Monitor and report all transfer price movement and variances impacting profit delivery.
- Perform monthly close and reconciliation for inter-company revenue
- Track, analyse and deliver the agreed target margin benchmark at entity level for full-scoped live countries
- Participate in transfer pricing discussion of countries implementing K2
- Coordinate and provide inter-company revenue forecasts and transfer prices required in the monthly financial cash-up
- Implement process improvements
- Ensure adequate documentation to support transfer pricing audit defense
- Coordinate with full-scoped live countries to process, validate and sign-off the transfer prices.
- Work with an off shore team (Bangalore) and in-country resource to ensure transfer pricing deliverables are met
- Assist group companies in the understanding of the approved transfer pricing methodologies and delivery
- Address inter-company transaction issues
Requirements:
- Professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in finance/tax advisory roles
- Demonstrate an understanding/appreciation of transfer pricing
- Very strong knowledge of Excel
- A high degree of integrity, personal self discipline and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond and deliver under pressure
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Capable of understanding and identifying the relevant tax issues
- Understanding of supply chain principles preferred
- Good analytical skills
- Must be a team player with a positive and co-operative attitude
