Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support at the Director level and with a growing team
- Personal secretarial, clerical and administrative support, such as comprehensive international travel, meeting coordination, diary management, preparing correspondence, maintaining files and records
- Preparation of business reports/presentations through research and data gathering
Requirements:
- 3 or more years' experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Superior customer service orientation approach
- Good team player, with great multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
