ITV1 is the home of the most popular drama and entertainment programmes on British television. It is also the most popular channel in Britain during peak-time hours. With digital multi-channel TV growing at an incredible rate, ITV now has an expanded family of channels with ITV2, 3 and 4 among the most popular on multi-channel television.
The Business Service Centre (BSC)
ITV has embarked on an exciting change journey to bring together a number of key business functions within a Business Service Centre ("BSC"). The BSC will be located at ITV Granada, a proud landmark in the history of Manchester and the North-West, and will be central in supporting the delivery of our strategic plans.
The BSC will have a strong customer focus and will deliver an exceptional service experience for both internal and external customers. Our BSC team will champion continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives to ensure that we evolve and develop our service towards being a 'best-in-breed' function.
