Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

With the growth and focus on the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry in recent years, there has been an increased demand in skilled professionals within this sector. Robert Walters Indonesia is looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our Healthcare recruiting division. The ideal candidate would be someone with a good working knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare or medical sciences. We are open to consider industry professionals who have an interest in Science as the roles that you would recruit for our clients can be very technical. If you have sales experience and is keen to consider a career switch into recruitment for the Healthcare sector, we are keen to speak with you.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years’ successful industry experience within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, or Pharmaceutical-related sales background
Experienced recruiters are welcome to apply
Science background or interest in Science
Keen sales flair and highly motivated
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients' employee base
