We might be exaggerating just a bit here (we all need a life!) but given that data is so important to us, we need someone who is passionate about numbers and loves nothing more than getting stuck into spreadsheets and highlighting those key statistics and trends. You won’t need us to tell you how important percentages are in recruitment. From time to fill, to agency spend and contractor payroll, each number counts, as we seek to make our recruitment processes as efficient and streamlined as possible. We’re continually striving for improvements.
Our recruitment operations depend on data rigour. It supports our aims in servicing our clients.
In this role, you’ll be providing the latest management information, including detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal stakeholders, including Human Resources. Naturally, you’ll have to make sure that the data is consistent and well presented.
We’ve been talking a lot about data but let’s not underestimate the importance of building client relationships. You need to be able to answer questions from the business and our clients, so excellent communication is vital, as you’ll be called on to explain your findings in simple terms.
This isn’t just number crunching. You’ll need to engage and build a solid rapport with our clients.
