Resource Solutions are looking for an MI analyst to joins us onsite to support the recruitment we do for our client. The role will take sole responsibility for the MI and analytics, reporting directly into the Account Director.
Produce and develop regular and meaningful MI reporting to both the client and Resource Solutions management team in accordance to the clients MI dashboard and templates
Extract data from WCN and produce agreed reporting dashboards to relevant stakeholders
Provide data analysis and recommendations to the Account Director
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests
Support additional reporting requests to provide insight into service delivery model, governance and delivery against SLAs and KPIs
Support additional reporting for bench marking and salary card analysis requirements
Responsible for accurate invoicing for contingent workers, including supplier spend and submitting accurate invoices in a timely manner via the online portal
Work closely with the Account Director and Relationship Managers to provide analysis as required to support their roles
Provide information statistics around site specific financial data, to include pricing and recruitment costs / savings
Provision of the weekly rate reporting for Payroll Department
Monthly accrual & cost reporting of all external resources
Ensure that all Resource Solutions temporary and contract population / permanent hires are allocated to correct cost centres and management roll up
Provide quarterly vendor statistics to assess overall vendor performance, where appropriate
Provision of account analysis and account reconciliation information to Financial Administrators that pertains to billing activities of Resource Solutions
Monitoring financial account activity overdue by 60 days across all vendors
Contribute to the preparation process for client reviews of Resource Solutions services to ensure SLAs are being attained
Act as first point of contact for escalation issues relating to Financial Administrators
To ensure that all Resource Solutions billing to the client is correct and to troubleshoot any issues between Resource Solutions onsite team and the payroll function
Formalise the reports produced to ensure consistency of data and presentation

Experience of working in a client/ customer care environment highly desirable.
