To support growth plans across the two organisations Resource Solutions is hiring an experienced Account Manager, to work at our Global Service Centre in Manchester. We are looking for a strong Recruitment Account Manager with experience gained either as part of an RPO function or within a relevant recruitment consulting firm. This role is to oversee the permanent delivery function across the Manchester, Knutsford and London platforms, namely functions and Ops &tech divisions (c.30 people). The role will be responsible for driving the Direct Recruitment delivery as well as looking at sourcing strategies, recruitment campaigns, market movements and innovation.
We are ideally looking to speak with people who have had experience in a similar role. A successful track record of recruiting within Banking and Financial Services would be desirable however, is not essential to transition in to this role.
► To deliver the strategic goals in line with Snr Leadership priorities and driving SLA performance
► Focus on delivering an added value, solutions led service, ensuring the relationship between direct sourcing teams, internal mobility and resourcing partners
► To manage the team effectively, encouraging commercial focus on delivery and results, through the Relationship Managers, the Team Leaders, and the Resourcing Partners
► Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
► All day to day activity for the recruitment of permanent staff
► Working with the Relationship Managers to advise on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for all permanent roles
► Advising on market trends and skills
► Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
► Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreement
Recruitment Process Management:
► Applying the LEAN process methodology to drive performance through visual management, continuous improvement and focus on individual team delivery
► Provision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to Account Director / Account Manager to include number of roles filled by: referral, internally and via directly sourced methods, cost savings via direct recruitment, new initiatives to attract candidates
► Providing strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments
► Ad hoc project work as given by the business and account director from time to time
► Working with the Barclays Supply chain team to manage and optimise PSL vendor relationships to ensure a motivated supply chain providing best quality resources
► Regular programme of engagement with all CORE and FOCUS suppliers
► Bi-annual performance reviews, including objective setting and bonus allocations
► General team management (weekly update meetings, holiday, sickness, discipline)
► Detailed programme of performance
► Individual staff development, including cross skill training
► Ensuring 100% data integrity by team, such as rates, visas and nationality
