As a Global mobility specialist you will be supporting secondments activity for the entire organisation and will be highly visible across HR and senior stakeholders alike. You will interact with all levels of our organisation as well as working closely with our secondment partners, managing our relationships with them and ensuring the delivery of high quality outcomes.
This role sits within the resourcing team which is responsible for experienced hire and
contingent resourcing (up to manager level) across the business. This includes the hiring, and management,
of our domestic and international secondments. The role holder will work with the Manager of the team
to deliver these secondment hires efficiently and effectively, driving value for money in all hiring
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing HR division, supporting the recruitment team to deliver its objectives.
Deliver all secondment activities including management of requisitions, design of selection
processes, and support on offer management, agreement negotiation and relocation logistics.
Deliver all global mobility, working with 3rd party suppliers to manage any relocation advise.
Proactive supplier management to ensure value for money is achieved.
Establishing strong relationships across HR and with key business stakeholders to drive the
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has a positive and procative approach to managing challenges and finding solutions.
Someone with excellent relationship building skills, having worked with stakeholders at all levels and can demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of competing tasks and issues, prioritising appropiatley and maintaining a high level of resilience when under pressure
Experience working collaboratively across HR team
