We are seeking an MSP / Recruitment Partner for Contingent Sourcing that would act as a primary client-facing point of contact for a financial services client on a national level. This position will require extensive national travel to different client sites, and will be expected to sit onsite at the client full time. Our MSP / Recruitment Partner acts as the operational partner to their aligned business area and is responsible for all contingent recruitment delivery.
The purpose of this role is to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders across your defined business unit.
► Regularly travelling and meeting with Hiring Managers to discuss process, policy and promoting direct contingent recruitment as both a cost saving initiative and value added service of Resource Solutions
► Consolidate information and communicate regularly and effectively with the delivery team relevant to your business unit, to ensure consistent application of sourcing strategy, quality of supply and all activities to ensure “best in class” is brought to life.
► Work with business stakeholders to understand and continuously validate demand plans
► To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key resourcing, business manager, hiring manager and senior stakeholders across US sites
► To hold and be the “go to” for all knowledge related to the structure and evolution of the business areas, communicating changes timely to all parties
► Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve contingent recruitment outcomes for the Client.
► To act as the key point of contact for escalations and challenges
► Managing requirement meeting sessions with Hiring Managers, with Direct Recruiters in attendance, to gain a detailed understanding of the candidate and role profile and agree the sourcing strategy
► Managing Hiring Manager and Procurement relationships and expectations
► To conduct regular service reviews with key business stakeholders ensuring communication of all continuous improvement activities understood by the business and embedded
► Providing market insight on talent pool strength and the competition for talent during the requirement meetings to set Hiring Manager expectation
► Build regular market intelligence which is shared with relevant business stakeholders
► Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Resource Solutions services
► To contribute to business reviews where appropriate with knowledge and expertise related your business areas
► Provide daily and weekly updates to the offsite recruitment team
► Manage client priorities and cascade information back to team to ensure for efficient and effective recruitment experience
► Contract OR Permanent recruitment experience in Financial or Professional Services essential.
► Senior level recruitment experience essential.
► Experience of working to targets and deadlines essential
► Experience of proactive and headhunt approaches to candidates desirable.
► Service and delivery focussed with very professional attitude essential.
