We are looking for a Fieldglass Superuser / Specialist who has the ability to train new starters on the system, deploy new updates, manage full life cycle implementations projects, look at best practice and also audit against it. Responsibilities:

Managing Fieldglass improvements and upgrade projects, recruitment strategies, PSL rationalisations, whole-scale rate amendments, key event planning, research projects and cost saving initiatives

Helping to ensure all technologies that have been implemented are utilised in the correct manner and ensuring that users are up skilled to ensure maximum ROI

Production of support and end-user documentation

UAT testing on new enhancements

Support queries ranging from basic service requests to detailed technical issues covering Operational, Security and Functional issues

SVT testing on new enhancements

Responsible for training the team on new enhancements or communicating any configuration change to the team

Implementing best practice identified in other accounts using Fieldglass and ensure the team are using the advanced ability of Fieldglass
