Robert Walters wins International Recruitment Company of the Year

Robert Walters Australia staff hold up International Recruitment Company of the Year Award

For the second year running, Robert Walters Australia and New Zealand has been voted International Recruitment Company of the Year at the Recruitment International Awards, ANZ.

The Recruitment International Awards is the largest recruitment industry awards programme in Australia and New Zealand. The annual event aims to recognise innovation and best practice in the recruitment industry. Brands are judged on commercial success, international scale, integrated service offering and customer focused approach.

Robert Walters won the award on the following merits:

  • Adapting to extraordinary change: Responding to an ever-evolving technology market on a national and international scale, by developing a targeted marketing strategy to examine local market trends to share learnings with clients and consultants.

  • Global learnings. Local benefits: Leveraging our international network of offices and people to provide global market intelligence and share intellectual property with clients in the technology sector. Demonstrating how our international candidate management programme (ICM) provides international skills in a local market gripped by skills shortages in technology.

  • International talent programme: Continuing our commitment to move talent internationally across our organisation.

Giles Daubeney, Deputy CEO commented: “We are extremely proud to have been named International Recruitment Company of the Year by the Recruitment International Awards for the second time. This award is testament to the hard work our teams have put in over the past year, leveraging both local strength and our global network to provide a high quality, consultative recruitment service to our clients and candidates.”
