Robert Walters Group was awarded Most Creative Fundraiser for our fundraising activities in 2017 at the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity’s Better Together event in London on Tuesday 20 March.
The annual celebration recognises the support of the charity’s corporate partners to enhance Great Ormond Street Hospital’s (GOSH) ability to give seriously ill children the chance to fulfil their potential.
The Robert Walters Group's UK business voted to support GOSH as part of our annual Global Charity Day in 2017. Through a winning display of initiative, athleticism and creativity, including a 100km triathlon, a chicken nugget eating contest and a two-man effort to cycle a lap around London, our staff in the UK raised £33,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Giles Daubeney, Deputy CEO of Robert Walters Group, commented:
“We are delighted to be recognised as the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s Most Creative Fundraiser in 2017. Each year, I am amazed by the effort and imagination our staff devote to raising as much money as possible to help charities continue to carry out the great work that they do.”
