The list is based on extensive analysis of thousands of data points, for more than 38,000 search and staffing companies listed on LinkedIn.

Earning a place in the ranking is a huge achievement and is based on the strength of recruitment companies’ social media engagement strategies and interactions with LinkedIn members. The ranking takes into account social reach, employee engagement, talent brand and content marketing power compared to peers for recruitment firms with over 500 employees.
