Our purpose
Powering people and organisations to fulfil their unique potential.
As leaders in end-to-end talent solutions, across recruitment, recruitment outsourcing and talent advisory, we have a big impact on the prosperity of people and organisations. That’s why we have a strong purpose which underlies everything we do: powering people and organisations to fulfil their unique potential.
Our purpose drives our ESG commitments as we seek to positively impact lives, reduce our environmental impact and be a responsible, ethical business. It also means we put people and relationships first, investing in technology which gives our consultants more time to deepen candidate and client relationships all while building a dynamic culture to attract and retain the best people.
For clients
We work together to find the best professionals for our clients, so they can reap the benefits of employees who fit their culture and values. We help our clients to build teams who consistently deliver value and unlock opportunities for their business.
For candidates
We deepen our understanding of candidates and build long-term relationships, helping them make the right choices to build fulfilling careers; all while helping them maximise their earnings, build their sense of personal worth, and be happier.
For colleagues
What we do matters. We listen to, value and respect everyone, and give responsibility to people early on. A career is so much more than just a job, it’s about finding meaning in what you do, and growing personally and professionally.
Living our purpose
We’ve partnered with Global Angels since 2017, working with the local Itinyi Valley community in Tsavo, Kenya, to deliver programmes to build essential infrastructure, provide access to clean water, develop sustainable farming and provide access to education to empower the local community to develop a sustainable future for generations to come.
In addition to our year-round support, we also send eight employee volunteers each year to visit Tsavo and work on the project with Global Angels and the community members leading the programme.

Helping our people unlock their unique potential
Our purpose underpins everything we do, including our focus on engaging our employees and delivering an employee experience that allows our employees to thrive. We do this by actively listening to our employees through our employee surveys and pulse check-ins, developing a global learning and development programme that supports our people at every stage of their career, and looking after the wellbeing of our people.
By attracting and retaining exceptional people, we not only offer our employees the opportunity to develop successful, long-term careers with us, but we also build a strong and sustainable business.
Supporting our communities
Giving back has always been part of our DNA. Our people are passionate about supporting the local charities and organisations that are making a difference in the communities in which we operate. Through initiatives like our Global Charity Day, our people support over 80 charities around the world – it’s just one of the many ways our people live and breathe our purpose every day.
We focus our efforts on the three areas we feel we can have the greatest impact:
- Delivering global impact through local action
- Investing in emerging and under-represented talent across all sections of society
- Providing pathways to employment
The meeting that set Reade on a new path
Now running a thriving technology and transformation consultancy, Reade Thompson-Trott's career-long partnership with Robert Walters helped him write the career story that led to him starting his own business – and hiring his own people through Robert Walters.
Leadership transition to the next generation
Following a referral from Robert Walters Spain, Diproinduca first worked with Robert Walters to recruit a CFO in Canada. The impact of subsequent C-suite hires prepared the family business leadership to transition to the next generation, setting them up for success.
Helping people to live their best lives
When it comes to moving to the other side of the world, having the right support is just as important as finding the right opportunity. Robert Walters helped legal professional Niro Weerasinghe move from Sydney to London, opening up a world of potential.
