Hazel Lancashire appointed as Robert Walters Outsourcing Managing Director of Global Client Success

Robert Walters, a leading global talent solutions business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hazel Lancashire as Managing Director of Global Client Success – Outsourcing. Hazel will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of client satisfaction for Outsourcing customers globally, through end-to-end operational excellence.
Hazel will be succeeded by Jenny Fulton, who has been appointed to MD Asia Pacific of Robert Walters’s outsourcing operations. Both appointments are in line with Robert Walters’s vision of being the world’s most trusted talent solutions business and focus on continuing to grow a world-class outsourcing service, where customers are at the heart.
Hazel has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and outsourcing industries, succeeding in various leadership roles before joining Robert Walters in 2015 as a Global Operations Director, then most recently as Managing Director Asia Pacific – Outsourcing, where she grew the region’s RPO and MSP offering. Hazel has been instrumental to the launch and development of key facets of our global outsourcing business, including the launch of our Hyderabad Global Service Centre (GSC) and build-out of our Manila centre, ensuring service excellence for customers worldwide.
Her expertise in outsourcing spans international markets, including Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America, with specialised expertise in offshoring, service optimisation and change management. Driven by an ethos of customer centricity, she has prided herself on consistently strengthening Robert Walters’ diverse portfolio of client partnerships, streamlining operations, and leading a rapidly growing and diverse team of high-performing, solutions-focused talent professionals.
